Usable floor space
The total surface of all rooms measured 1 m above floor in accordance with PN-70/B02365 norm. In the rooms with inclined ceiling, the surface is taken into account in the whole part if the ceiling is minimum 2.2 m high (if the ceiling height is between 1.4 and 2.2 m, half of the surface is considered).
Building area
The whole area of plot occupied by the building according to PN-70/B-02365 norm.
Cubature
The cubic volume of the house according to PN-ISO-9836:1997 norm.
Minimal plot width
The minimal width of rectangular plot that would be suitable for building the house. The measure is calculated in accordance with Building Law regulations for typical environment. It should be approved by the plot architect before choosing a design.
Building height
The vertical distance between bottom by the entrance and the level of the ridge.
Number of rooms
The number of residential rooms (including living room, study, etc.).
Roof angle
The principal gradient of the roof surface (In degrees).
