Contents of documentation (4 copies - from 1 June 2003):
Each design includes the whole set of necessary documentation - 4 copies (from 01.06.2003) of architectural design performed according to Building Law regulations. The set includes views of all storeys, essential cross sections, elevations, structural drawings. Furthermore there are designs of plumbing, heating, and wiring. All designs are fit with cost calculations of use for mortgage.
The designers allow documentation changes to the extent of:
- adjustment of building's foundation to the local conditions
- cellar/no cellar
- changes in location of partition walls and internal openings (without modifying carrying elements)
- changes in ceiling type in accordance with law regulations and standards
- change in angle of roof by no more than 5 o
- change of roofing
- changes in building technology: wall materials, insulation, decor, under condition of preserving the utility, as well as obeying law regulations and parameter standards
- changes in dimensions of horizontal view to the extent of 5%
- execution of the mirror image of the design
- changes in internal wiring in accordance with local conditions
All changes given above must be done according to current law regulations by entitled professionals.
All the changes in designs, that have not been specified above are not allowed without separate agreement of designers.
Owing to limited capacity of the catalogue and continuous modifications in designs, presentations on the CD-ROM and in the catalogue "DOMY W STYLU" may not include some details from the building documentation or slightly differ from it.
